SAUNA TREATMENTS / SAUNA PASS

The heat from the sauna relaxes the body's muscles, improves circulation and stimulates the release of endorphins. Endorphins are the body's all-natural "feel good" chemical, and their release provides a truly wonderful "after sauna glow.”
 

TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SAUNA SESSION:

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before your start time
  • Drink at least 8oz of water prior to appointment.
  • Spa wraps/robes provided during your session
  • Outside footwear is prohibited in the sauna
  • 1 pair of slippers will be provided to you at no cost**
  •  

SAUNAS ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE (contraindications)

  • Rosacea
  • Atopic dermatitis
  • Heart condition (MUST) get medical clearance before going into the sauna.
  • The same goes for other conditions such as vertigo.

DUE TO THE COVID-19 pandemic ALL sessions will be treated as a PRIVATE session (unless you are coming with a guest)

- This is an Infrared sauna session where you will sit and relax, NOT a hot yoga class. Our saunas seat up to 3 people.

 

The heat in an infrared sauna heats the body directly, not just the air, increasing the body's core temperature resulting in a much deeper, more detoxifying sweat than traditional saunas.

 

Infrared sauna heat is gentle and soothing with therapeutic benefits assisting in detoxification, pain relief, stress reduction, improved circulation, skin rejuvenation and burning up to or more than 200-600 calories in a session.
